Use the Sign In page and choose to register. Once you're in, open Account → Settings and link your Discord and Steam accounts — that's what unlocks stats, social features, clans, and in-game perks.

You can sign in with either your email address or your website username, together with your password. Your username is a real login credential, so keep it private just like your email.

Use "Reset Password" on the Sign In page to get a reset link by email. If you signed up but never confirmed your email, look for the verification message first — an unverified account is held until it's confirmed. Still stuck? Open a Support ticket above and stay signed out if you can't reach your account.

Website avatars are pulled live from your linked Discord or Steam account, not uploaded. Link (or re-link) Discord/Steam in Account → Settings, then refresh the page. If it still doesn't appear, open a ticket.

Browse and join clans from the Community → Clans pages, and use Groups for smaller squads. Public clan profiles show recruitment status and basics; management and roster tools live under "Your Clans" once you're a member.

No. You can play on the Rust server normally without it. The client is an optional companion that adds Braai Master tools — account access, live stats, social features, map voting, and overlay management — in one place.

Grab it from the website's Client guide / download page. The download is the launcher itself; the in-game overlay is then installed from inside the client.

The client checks for updates automatically each time it starts and applies them on the next launch. Fully close it and reopen it to let an update finish. If it keeps failing, open a Support ticket with a short description of what you see.

The client is a standalone companion launcher. It does not modify the game files or inject into Rust — it reads your Braai Master account data and provides tools and an optional overlay around your normal game session.

It's a Rust-styled panel that appears over the game so you can see Braai Master info — stats, server feed, chat, and more — without alt-tabbing out.

The overlay is coming soon and is not installable yet. When it releases it will only be installed from inside the Braai Master Client (the Rust / Overlays page) — there is no separate website download.

Make sure the client is running and the overlay is enabled, then use the overlay hotkey to toggle it. Running Rust in Borderless / Windowed (Fullscreen Windowed) mode lets the overlay draw most reliably. If it still won't appear, reopen the client and try again.

Some overlay panels are still rolling out. If you see a placeholder instead of the full feature, it isn't enabled on your build yet — it will light up as features ship.

Use the Support / Report form at the top of this page. Pick "Support" for general help or "Player Report" to report someone, fill in the details, and it creates a staff ticket you can continue right here.

Stay signed out and use the Appeal form above. Enter your display name and the banned account details (website username, Discord, and Steam ID where possible) so staff can identify you correctly.

Your open tickets appear under "Your Tickets" on this page — select one to reopen the chat and reply to staff. If you provided an email when you created it, you can also use the ticket ID to come back to the conversation later.
